Lead Times

For most products, I ship the same day or the next day after I receive your order!

Wholesale Shipping & Returns

All orders must be paid in full before they’re packed and shipped from our Bellingham, WA studio. We typically use USPS for delivery, and you’ll get a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

If something arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your order, please reach out within 14 business days so we can make it right. Please include a photo of the damage so we can make a claim with our shipping carrier.

We don't offer returns on wholesale orders, but if something else is wrong with your order, please reach out! It's our goal that you're 100% happy with your order.

Do I Have to Use Faire?

Not at all! If you'd prefer to work directly with me, I'm happy to do that. I can send invoices through QuickBooks or PayPal—whatever works best for you!

Please note that 100% of your payment is due before shipping your items.
