Shipping Policy

At Chapter & Craft Studio, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before it is shipped. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Due to the cost of shipping stickers, they are sent via first class mail with a stamp (vs. $4+). All other orders will be sent with tracking. 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally, packages may be delayed or lost in transit. If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@chapterandcraft.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
