Return Policy

At Chapter & Craft Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days after you receive your item.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@chapterandcraft.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with further instructions.

Items Damaged in Shipment

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@chapterandcraft.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Return Shipping

Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
